Ribosomal Protein S4 Leader clan

The S4 rleaders are motifs that likely bind the S4 r-protein, they have potential to imitate the rRNAs binding site (GUAA sequence). rleaders has been propose participate in an autoregulatory mechanism to control the concentration of the ribosomal proteins [1]
