snoR53 clan

The snoR53 clan contains the RNA families snoR53 and snoR53Y. Researchers at the plant snoRNA database have established that the following arabadopsis, human and S. cerevisiae snoRNAs target modifications on orthologous positions of the ribosome: snoR53Y and SnR53 [1].

This clan contains 2 families and the total number of sequence regions in the clan is 185.
