SNORD52 clan

The SNORD52 clan contains the RNA families SNORD52, SNORD53, snoZ157 and snR78. Researchers at the human snoRNA database (snoRNABase) have established that the following human and S. cerevisiae snoRNAs target modifications on orthologous positions of the ribosome: SNORD52 and snR78 [1]. Researchers at the plant snoRNA database have established that the following arabadopsis, human and S. cerevisiae snoRNAs target modifications on orthologous positions of the ribosome: snoZ157 and U53, snoZ157 and U52&SnR78 [2].

This clan contains 4 families and the total number of sequence regions in the clan is 794.
