Researchers at the human snoRNA database (snoRNABase) have established that the following human and S. cerevisiae snoRNAs target modifications on orthologous positions of the ribosome: SNORD33 and snosnR55 [1]. Researchers at the plant snoRNA database have established that the following arabadopsis, human and S. cerevisiae snoRNAs target modifications on orthologous positions of the ribosome: snoR21b and U32&SnR40, snoZ196 and U51&U32a&SnR39&SnR59 [2].
