SNORD16 clan

The SNORD16 clan contains the RNA families SNORD16 and snR87. Researchers at the human snoRNA database (snoRNABase) have established that the following human and S. cerevisiae snoRNAs target modifications on orthologous positions of the ribosome: U16 and snR87 [1].

This clan contains 2 families and the total number of sequence regions in the clan is 1,366.
